The full capacity of the Grand Ballroom is 220 guests or the ballroom can also be sub divided into the rooms listed below. Some rooms may also be combined to best suit the event size.
Miraval Ballroom East Room
A picturesque room of 16-foot ceilings boasts a double sided fireplace with stone hearth and surround. A curved glass wall overlooks our landscaped grounds, gazebo, patio and waterfall pond. Private bar. Room fee includes table linen & bartender service. 70 guest minimum / 100 guest capacity $300 room fee
Miraval Ballroom North RoomHardwood floors and 16-foot ceilings showcase a built-in stage area. Room fee includes table linen, bartender service. 40 guest minimum / 70 guest capacity $200 Room fee
Miraval Ballroom West Room
Nestled under 16-foot ceilings, the “west” features a large picturesque window and a cozy fireplace with stone hearth & surround. Room fee includes table linen & bartender service. 30 guest minimum / 50 guest capacity $200 Room fee
Mockingbird Restaurant – Contemporary Room
15-foot ceilings, features large picturesque windows with lots of natural light, oversize couch seating & modern flair. Bartender service included 30 guest minimum / 60 guest capacity $150 Room Fee
Mockingbird Restaurant – Main Dining Room
Modern flair with a combination of banquet & table seating. Bartender service included 30 guest minimum / 75 guest capacity $150 Room Fee
Please be advised we are a full-service facility and do not allow outside caters or any food to be brought onto the premises. All food and beverage must be provided by the mockingbird restaurant. Room rental fees are in addition to the menu cost per person.
